another tofu scramble

Could I be getting addicted to tofu scrambles?
Quite possibly.
This one followed a recipe I found… somewhere. it uses turmeric for the lovely colour and miso paste for a subtle yet complex taste that is simply too divine for words.

I strongly believe that tofu scrambles are a very individual thing. i mean, it’s not like the tofu tastes of much, right?
The tofu I sued was extra-firm and organic. it had been frozen and very thoroughly squeezed, which gave it its beautiful texture.

The whole ensemble was rounded out with multigrain bread, fresh lettuce from the market and tasty early-season tomatoes. Simple, satisfying and filling without leaving you feeling stuffed and lethargic.

    I am also addicted to tofu scrambles.
    I’ve tried so many combinations.
    I love them all.
